There is no seasonal plan. Cancel when the season ends and the account goes read-only: every job, customer and bid stays, and you can still open and export them. Subscribe again in March and pick up where you left off.
Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked away. A lapsed account can still open, read and export every bid and customer it has. What stops is creating and editing, until you subscribe again.
As many as you want, at no extra cost. Every estimator gets their own login. The foreman field view shows the crew the job without showing them your account or your prices.
Yes. Drawing and estimating run on the device, so a dead zone does not stop you. A small chip tells you it is working offline, and the cloud sync catches up when you are back in range.
