Yes. The core tool — drawing, calculating, cost sheet, weather, save/load — is completely free with no account required. We plan to add paid features for cloud storage and proposals later, but the estimating tool itself will always be free.
Jobs are saved as .json files you download to your device. Nothing is sent to a server. Load them back anytime by clicking the Load button inside the app.
Yes. ConCal is designed to work on mobile — tap to add points, pinch to zoom, and use the bottom toolbar to manage your shapes. It works best on modern iOS and Android browsers.
