Measure anything, snap to center
New Features
  • Measure tool: a tape measure for your drawing. Tap the ruler in the drawing rail, click any two points, and read the distance; it snaps to corners so you get the real edge-to-edge number. Works with a finger on your phone, and Esc clears it
  • Centering & symmetry guides: while you draw or drag, points now snap to edge midpoints, shape centers, and mirror positions. Centering a driveway approach on an opening no longer takes math. The guide line tells you when you're there
Improvements
  • Bigger snap radius on touch screens: fingers aren't cursors, so phones get a wider catch
  • The Measure tool walks you through it: on-canvas hints for each step, first point to result
Bug Fixes
  • Metric mode: cost-breakdown volume quantities are now honestly labeled CY (matching the PDF) instead of showing a CY number under an m³ label
  • The Documents page toolbar no longer runs off the screen on phones

Every price reaches the bid
New Features
  • Nine new billable job extras: washout bin, permit fee, difficult-access surcharge, cold-weather admix, hot-weather retarder, concrete blankets, integral color, stakes & ties, and a walk-behind saw equipment row. Each is a per-job toggle; your setup rates pre-fill them
  • Overtime / rush crew toggle: one switch multiplies your loaded labor rates (default 1.5×) and the breakdown shows the OT math
  • Rebar lap length, your way: set a custom lap in inches during setup or keep ACI Class B auto (40 × bar diameter); it now flows straight into every estimate
  • Auto-pick reinforcement: new slabs choose rebar (≥4″) or wire mesh (under 4″) from your setup preference, with your mesh gauge along for the ride
Improvements
  • Setup overhaul: slab thickness, grid spacing, and bar size are now typed or tapped directly (no more dropdown hunting), and picking your trade no longer auto-advances the page
  • Supplier pricing that doesn't apply to you can be skipped with one tap; PSI price adjustment is now optional and controllable
  • Advanced rates (mobilization, equipment day rates, site fees) are open by default: nothing hides behind a drawer
  • Phone numbers auto-format as you type; the rebar cut plan now reconciles run vs. total steel including laps
  • New homepage: the live demo now shows the real app drawing a slab and pricing it, plus a straight-answers FAQ and a free-calculator path
Bug Fixes
  • Top bar no longer clips off-screen at laptop widths: labels collapse to icons
  • Sign-up password field gained the show-password eye; the sample bid no longer shows charges a real bid couldn't reproduce
  • Full sweep of setup-to-estimate price transfer: every rate you enter during setup now verifiably reaches your bids (and a test suite keeps it that way)

Reports, Field View & Onboarding
New Features
  • Reports dashboard: Overview, Pipeline, and Trends tabs with win rate, revenue, and bid close-out analytics
  • Field View: read-only job view for on-site crews; share a link without giving estimator access to the full account
  • Onboarding stepper: guided first-run flow for new users to set up their company info, price book, and first job
  • Win/Loss tracking: mark bids as won, lost, or pending from the Job History panel; feeds directly into Reports
  • Job templates (Teams): save any job as a reusable template shared across your whole team

  • Dark mode toggle no longer requires a page reload on the pricing page
  • Mobile toolbar draw-mode picker no longer clips on small screens

Curve Drawing & Weather Forecasts
New Features
  • Bézier curve drawing: draw curved slabs and radius edges; ConCal calculates the area correctly
  • Weather pane: pulls a live 7-day forecast for your job address; flags risky pour conditions automatically
  • Blueprint image upload: drop a plan image onto the canvas, set opacity and scale, and draw shapes directly over it
  • Pricing profiles: save multiple rate sets (e.g. residential vs. commercial) and switch between them per job
Improvements
  • Shape drawing now snaps to 90° and 45° angles when holding Shift
  • Undo/redo stack expanded to 50 steps
  • Mobile canvas now fills the full viewport height without a gap below the toolbar
  • Price book values persist across sessions via localStorage and cloud sync

  • Fixed shape lock icon not rendering correctly on retina displays

Shareable Proposals & E-Signature
New Features
  • Shareable proposal link: generate a token-gated URL your client opens on their phone; no login required
  • E-signature: client can approve the proposal with a typed or drawn signature directly in the browser
  • Proposal status tracking: see when a client opens, views, or approves your proposal in real time
  • Scope of Work auto-generator: fill in job details and ConCal writes a professional scope paragraph for the proposal
Improvements
  • PDF proposals now include your company logo (Pro feature)
  • Proposal expiry can be set to 7, 14, or 30 days
  • In-app toast notification when a client opens or approves a proposal
Bug Fixes
  • Proposal PDF page breaks no longer cut through line-item tables
  • Client approval timestamp now stores in UTC correctly
